Hi Friends,

Need some guidance from everyone here. I am about to complete my EE profile and a bit confused on few points. So, please help guide:-

As a first step, I went to check if I am eligible for the program on below link:-

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...me-canada-tool-immigration-express-entry.html

and I am eligible to apply but worried about 2 things:-

Here is my point summary :-
IELTS - 24 points (L-9,R-9,W-7,S-8)
Education -23 points (WES evaluated my master's as equivalent to Canadian masters)
Experience - 15 points - confused here (I have total 17 years of IT experience, of which last 7 years are in NOC code 0213 and this is in 3 organisations, experience prior to this is in NOC code 2173). I am with my current organisation for 5 years so getting reference letter for NOC 0213 should not be an issue. However, I am not sure if my last organisation and the one prior to will issue any reference letter. So, not sure if i can claim the 15 points or not. And if do claim them what kind of proof i can provide for the other companies.
Age - 6 points (turning 42 in April so will lose 1 point here).
Total points as of today - 68
Total points in April - 67 (one point will be gone due to age)

My query is what kind of proof I need to submit to prove my experience for my last and 2nd last employers if they reject my reference letter request. I am worried that if I don't have the reference letter and my other employment proofs (payslips, offer letters, appraisal letters etc) are not accepted then i can be held liable for misrepresentation of information and can be banned as well. Please guide.

You will be fine because if you are eligible then you figure out your CRS points. You provide 3 years of work experience and can put the rest of your work experience under ”history”. You have nothing to lose as you will be ineligible in a month and there has not be a FSW draw in months.

Hi, Thank you for the response. I will submit the profile in that case and will get my wife to write IELTS (will get 5 points for that as her education is already validated) to make sure we still remain eligible even after next month.

Thank you and have a nice day.
