Query regarding Documents

Hi Everyone..!!

I have a query regarding my father's surname in my documents. My Father's surname after his first name is mentioned in all my education documents except my passport and birth certificate, there is only first name of my father is mentioned.

can it effect into Canada PR during documents evaluation? or its OK.

Submit an LOE for that or you can file an affidavit with "one and same name"

Visit local notary for formats. They know everything.

So you mean that it’s fine if I only submit affidavit. No need to get the name amendment in official documents?

Just wish to check few details that can I submit both LoE and affidavit together?
And how many can LoE, I can submit during documents submission process?
