Query Regarding Doc Submission for university admission

Dear Friends,

Let me introduce myself. I am Saravanakumar from India. I already hold a master degree (ME in mechanical engineering). Now I am keen pursue one more master degree in the field of Industrial systems. My query is reg the documents to be submitted for MEng admission.

University says ,

• Post-secondary transcripts and degree certificates (if applicable) from all institutions you’ve attended. (WES evaluation is strongly recommended for international credentials. Order the WES ICAP course-by-course evaluation report).

WES says,

• To evaluate Master of engineering, Bachelor of engineering transcripts are not required.

Now I am in a dilemma. For admission,

Can I submit only the master degree ECA ? or Do I need to submit bachelor degree ECA also?

WES doesn't require it, but if you ask them for an ECA they will give you one (and charge for it, obviously).

If your university is asking for it, then get it done.
