Query Regarding CRS score

Hello Friends ,

I have submitted Application on 26/10.2015 and my CRS Score is 336.
Can anyone tell me what is the expected time to get EOI ?

And seniors pls suggest to improve my score or better chance to get job offer ?
If I apply for any Provincial , will it work ?

Age : 31yrs.

My Work Experience is 8yrs .

Education B. E in E &TC from India.

IELTS : R : 6.5 W : 6.5 L : 7.5 S 6.5

336 is quite low. I don't see CIC sending out ITAs for below 350 for a long time. The lowest the scores have gone is about 450. You might want to improve your scores. Some of your options are:

1. Getting a provincial nomination. That gives you 600 points. Most provinces are done for this year though.
2. Getting a LMIA supported job. That also gives you 600 points. The possibility of getting such a job from outside Canada is quite low.
3. Doing better in IELTS. Getting a CLB 9 gets a huge boost (around 100 points). Also if you're married, try and include your spouse's IELTS scores.. That can fetch you around 20 more points.
