Recently I have taken Ielts exam and my overall band is 6.5. L-7,r-6,w-6,s-6.5. Am I eligible to apply for canada PR.My Noc will come under type A since I am a Mainframe Developer. Your inputs are appreciated.

If you're a FSW applicant check the eligibility criteria as well as whether you meet the score required under the six selection factors.

Check your CRS score. That should be your starting point.

there is nothing called a minimum score. Every 2 weeks CIC does a draw and comes up with a cut off score. As of this week, it is 453. You have to calculate your score based on answers to all the questions mentioned. When they do the next draw, if your score is more than the draw score, you will get invite.
