Query reagarding re-admission in Canadian University

Hello guys,
I have a query regarding my uncompleted masters.
I was a student in Concordia university, Montreal from 2012-2014. I could not complete masters because of bad grades. I have 19 credits completed, which can be consolidated if I get the admission again in the program (this information i have got from university). I would like to know what are my chances of getting re-admission in the university and what about student visa ? Will I be able to get the visa again since I left the country before the expiry of my visa and what are the chances for admission if I try to apply after I get PR ?

Yes you are eligible to get visa again, Just address all your issues appropriately in you SOP, Like the reasons behind such circumstances and why you weren’t able to focus etc, Regarding PR its a completely different topic and Many factors play a major role in it but I am sure readmission is not one of them.
