Could someone please advice?
My husband's employer had submitted all our docs on 8th Dec 2017 (WP for hubby); however we got a request for medicals on 9th March 2018. These were already done and submitted on 25th Nov 2017 (our representative suggested upfront medicals).
Our representative wrote back to the Embassy stating that the medicals were done (anyway the doc cant do it again; as its valid for a year). Its been over a month now with no response.
If you look at the timeline its been a while now that the papers were submitted and now 5 months later there's no progress.
My question is, can we write to CIC directly giving all our details ? or do we have to go through the representative. And would it help our case?
