Query on work_experience

hello
- suppose a applicant has 5 years experiences (with full documents) and mention it in his CV .
- if he becomes eligible under one PNP with claiming only 1 year work experience


officer or any Office responsible will not ask , while you have 5 years why claiming for 1 year ?
