Query on WES

Hi,
Had submitted my documents to WES and they recieved on 21st July 2017. Yesterday got a reply from them saying.....
'Statement of Marks |

Not Accepted

Reason: The document received only contains a partial record of your study program. Subjects taken and grades earned for part of the study were not included.'

They have changed the status to 'Waiting for further documents'

I have submitted them all 4 years marksheets (passed) and degree/provisional cert. My question is do I have to submit the intermeditae marksheets which has backlog and a year gap (year down)? Not sure what are they looking for?
Help is much apreciated!!

To avoid this confusion, I would recommend to send transcript of consolidated marksheet+degree certificate.
Or you have to send all the the marksheet transcripts and degree certificate.

Purpose of ECA is to find out the equivalency of Canadian degree. Grade or backlogs will not affect the PR process

Ah! That gives me some relief. Thanks a lot I will send them a transcript certificate this time. Hope for the best...

One question, does this transcript certificate needs University attestation (by registrar) like I did for marksheets? Or should I send it directly as I recieved it from University.

Hii... i took WES account, with in a week my university will send the all my documents to WES.i got worried about i have 14 backlogs which i passed later but i completed with in the time ,there is no year gap.

can some one clarify me.
