I am under NOC 2281 and 82. Both need bachelors degree. I completed my degree course in 2009 but i got my actual degree certificate by 2014 due to arrears and personal reasons. Under my EE work experience section i have only one company and that is my current company which I started working since 2012 having the roles and responsibilities of 2281 and 2282. So what should i enter here. Can I count from 2012 or it should be 2014?
