Query on Carleton University Pre-Screening process...Please Help!!!

I have applied online for the pre-screening process to Carleton University. I applied 4 days before and I havent heard from them. The FAQ of their website states that the prescreening will be completed in 3 business days and followed by which if selected I will receive a student ID and login. Has anybody applied yet and if you know the process, can you please tell me?
I did not even receive an email from Carleton that they have received my application for pre-screening.

I have few queries:
1. I am interested to apply for MSc in Computer Science. This course needs a prescreening where I have to mention the course details, grades and some additional information. According to the univ website, this prescreening will take 2 business days.
Did you have to go through any presreening for your course? Or you directly applied to the univ?

2. Did you take help of a consultant?

3. Can you please tell me when did you receive the auto-reply message? Is this after applying and paying the application fee?

Yes i got auto replies instantly after applying and payong the fee.
I am not familiar with pre screening process.
In my case,I gave my personal details,academics,references,Sop,uploaded my docs,Paid the fee.
After that i got my Student ID in two days.Then i sent my official Ielts scores,Transcripts to the graduate studies office.
When they received my docs the updated the online application form.

so assuming you have paid the fee,they didnt send you the receipt of fee?
every univ send a thank you note for chosing us etc etc.Did you got that? Check the spam folder of your email address and if its not there then talk with concern department and graduate studies office.

Thank you for making this a lot clear to me.
The program that I have chosen has a prescreening done before even sending the actual application with all the details and the fee.
So no, I haven't paid any fee yet. My application with few details on my education background and TOEFL scores is sent. The concerned people will screen my application and if they find my profile suitable for the program, they will ask me to upload the transcripts and SOP and all relevant docs and pay the application fee.

This prescreening process is linked to few programs only.

I tried to resend my application once again last evening. I wrote a email to Carleton graduation office if they can confirm to me on the submission of my application. They have confirmed that they did receive this time.

I have received an email from them with application account id and pwd. So, I assume I am through the prescreening process.
As I understand from the FAQ, I should first be updating the online application and few of the other details and pay the application fee. Later I should upload the transcripts.
Please let me know if this is how you did or am I missing something here?

yup i did it in the sane way.Go for it.
However they say that they do not need official transcripts and ielts score.
but ny suggestion is to send them your transcripts and scores once yoi get your student id number from CU.
