I have recently completed Btech-Bioinformatics from Amity University Rajasthan, India and would like to move Canada in dependency case with my wife. I would like to know if my degree is valid in Canada while applying for different jobs or they only accept degree/diploma from Canadian Colleges and Universities?
Please help.

Your degree is valid. Having said that, it's extremely difficult to secure a job in Canada as a foreign worker - especially if you are a new graduate and have no or little work experience.

Thank you so much @scylla , I have another question though. I have been told that if my wife gets admission in one of the university then only i will be able to get dependency visa. Is there any law saying , If main applicant choose to go for university(Student Visa) then only spouse can get dependency visa?

You can apply for a work permit if your wife is here on a study permit - however there's no guarantee your work permit will be approved. Some are approved and some are refused.

Thank you @scylla for quick response. In your experience, work permit of spouse can be rejected based on the fact that main applicant has student visa of college? or student visa of college or university is treated equally ?

Both can be rejected.
