Query filling application form

I got my MBBS degree evaluated by MCC (Medical Council of Canada). They gave my credential assessment report as "Doctor of Medicine". I wanted to know while filling out the application form for Express entry to which option to select?
1) Bachelor's degree or three or more years program at a University, college.
2) Master's degree or Professional degree needed to practice in a licensed profession.

Using this page, a Doctor of Medicine is considered a Professional degree needed to practice in a licensed profession. So option 2.
