Query about WES ECA Report from India

This is vinay.
I am about to apply for ECA through WES Canada.
Please check the below documents and let me know if they are enough or I need anything else -
1) 10+2 ( Photocopy of marksheet)
2)Bachelors from JNTU, Hyd( Transcripts, Provisional and Convocation Certificate)
- Is it possible for me take photocopies and send? or Do i need to send the transcripts?
3) Master's from UK( marksheet and certificate )

I'l post these in a day or two. Kindly let me know if I need anything else and how long does it take for me to get the ECA Certificate.

Hi Vinay,
Can you tell whether we can directly send the photocopies of our Engineering marksheet for ECA or we have to request to university to get it verified.
