Query about refund from lambton

i have paid first sem fee in April 2021 to lambton, but due to some personal reasons i dont want to continue the rest of the process. I have done my medical too , and all is fine that side.

Will I get refund ?

I have checked , they have mentioned about the case of visa refusal but not in thr condition of change of mind of applicant
