query about express entry profile

I am a married person & have a child.
I want to apply for Canadian PR VISA only for myself not for family.
what should I show about my marital status for express entry profile, single or married?

It is mandatory that you include them on your application. Not doing so would be misrepresentation and could lead to a whole heap of trouble.

If you do not declare your spouse or child, you will not be able to sponsor them at a later date, as per Section 117(9)(d):
