Hi,
I have a query regarding the experience letter I received. I worked in a company from 2017-2020 for some reason the company did not issue me a letter during that period. Now in 2023, I requested the same and they agreed. But the problem is the issue date on the letter is of the year 2023. Will that be an issue for rising doubt in the mind of the visa officers or any other problem can be possible?

Issue date is the date on which you get the letter which would obviously be 2023.

Okay but will it raise a question in the visa officer's mind since there is a gap in the date of issue?
Read your letter and see if it clearly states you worked at [job title] from [x] to [y] date. Unless any of [x] or [y] says 2023, you should be fine. Date of issue won't matter.

Gap? Have you left the job?
The main purpose of the letter is to mention start date, end date/ still employed, your pay rate, job duties, job title, employer details.
