My msc completed on Oct, 2017. So the date I became qualified to practise NOC 4011 is Oct, 2017. However, my total experience as a university lecturer is 3years 4 months. Do I have to upload a letter of explanation explaining why my experience is above years but I qualified to practise in Canada just 4 months ago?
