Query about changing countries after receiving letter for Biometrics?

I am moving from India to France for long term work. My documents are currently in review after AOR, and I haven't been able to give biometrics due to covid since 4 months. How can I change my address to France, and do I potentially face any unforseen problems with my application due to this?

Also, would I be able to give my biometrics in Paris now?
