Query about admission in university

Im Purvesh
Now I m study about Diploma In Electronic and communication in Gujarat technical university.
I have 4 backlogs in total 5 semester but now i waiting for my last semester results.
What the main reason that can affect me to reject my student visa.
Give me some name of low budget university nd im interested for advanced diploma in Ontario college.
So plz help me.

maybe post this question in the international student section but be aware there are no low budget universities or colleges for international students, expect to pay for each year in region of 14 to 18 thousand dollars plus upwards from 10000 dollars living expenses
