Queries related to SINP Application

I have the following 3 queries concerning to SINP applications.

1. Question under “Eligibility of application” section.

== > Have you been accepted into Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada's
Express Entry pool and have an Express Entry Profile Number?

(So far, I have not created the Express entry profile due to FSW low score (65). I will be eligible to create only after the successful completion of my spouse IELTS score. For time being can I apply without express entry number but later I can update express entry number once I received the spouse IELTS score.)


2. Question under “EOI points” section.


==> You have proof of Professional Status or Licensure if required for your occupation? *

(Does Proof of professional status mean experience letter?)



3. Does ITCP or ISP certificate require for “NOC 2281”?
