Queries regarding Photo submission for PR card

I received my COPR today, planning to send copr doc and photo tomorrow. See my questions below


1, Should I send the photos and docs for my family and myself separately or can I send everything in the same envelope ?

2, Should I write only my name and UCI number or should we add studio's details (address, date, name) along with it behind the photos?

2. Behind each individual's photo you should write the name, UCI and studio details in brief.

The COPR document clearly mentions that we only need to write the UCI number and name of the applicant on the back of photographs no mention is made regarding details of photo studio.
