Queries on oinp documents! Urgent

Hi,
I received an oinp from Ontario and had few questions:

1)I don’t have a birth certificate...what else can work?
2)don’t have my first employers work contract (offer letter)
3)I don’t have any account in my name right now...would my spouse account work?

Any suggestions??thanks
