I need help, I like to know following (I don't have job offer, but I have points as Quebec immigration):
1) Can it be possible I can submit my request for CSQ as currently it is showing max application is 5000 and application received is 5000.
2)Do I need to submit fee now for CSQ or wait till it open intake?
