Hi All,

I am planning to apply for FSW under NOC 2173

If you can please help me with following queries:

1. Letter of reference from employers

I have 4 employments in last 8 years.

Contract role in UK for 2 months (Employment through agency)
I have a copy of contract and copy of payslips.
Should I get letter of reference from agency? What if they are not willing to give letter?

8 months contract role in UK
I have a employment contract copy and salary was paid in cash.
This company is no longer functioning.

4 years 2 months in India
I have copy of payslips, offer letter and contract (which includes my duties and responsibilites) and also promotion letter.
Do I still need letter of reference from employer?

Current employment - 7 months in India
I have payslips, offer letter and agreement on stamp paper describing my job duties and remuneration.
Current employer may not be willing to give letter of reference then which document do I need to get?

2. Education qualification assessment by WES

I have a MSc degree from University in UK and B.E degree from University in India

Do I need to get both qualifications assessed?

3. Language proficiency of spouse

Does my spouse have to mandatorily appear for IELTS? My qualification and experience meet required points.

4. If I am making an application without dependent right now, once I get PR can I bring my spouse here. Will I have to make any separate application at that time?

If I apply with a dependent right now, can I apply without my spouse appearing for IELTS as I meet all criteria?

5. Proof of funds

Will copy of Fixed deposits need to be attested or notarized?
Can I show PF balance as proof of funds?

My IELTS is on 19th July. So I plan to apply in Aug 1st week hoping its not too late for applying.

Awaiting you response.

Thank you in advance.

Alkesh

Re: FSW application - NOC 2173

In addition to above queries, below query regarding WES

I am creating account on WES website. While filling up education details it asks for "Name of Credential" . What should be filled here?
My highest degree is Masters degree - MSc

Thanks,

Some info that I am aware of but please double check.

For work experience, you need to consider only Full time permanent work IMO. For 4 or more years you can earn 13 points.
WES - yes, the more education you can get accessed, the more points you earn
IELTS - yes, your spouse needs to take IELTS.

Spouse IELTS is not mandatory , but if you want to claim 5 extra points then your spouse needs to give IELTS

HEllo,

Applicant: FSW 2014,

Doubt on Photo Requirements:
Should I send 6 copies of photos of all family members whether accompanying or not with my CIC application
