Hi everyone
I received a mail three days ago that i have be promoted with my promotion code number 100 and i was invited for a canada visa consultation,i have been receiving their calls trying to help me.
A form was sento my mail box to fill and pay a sum of 59.99 usd by visa card ,for consultation which i did. Please i wish to know if this is a normal procedure.

I received a call with a Canadian number telling me to pay a sum of 59.99usd to go in for Canada visa consultation.the next day they send a form in my email box the contents of the form(promotion code number 100,also i should fill in the form and pay with a visa carte)please i want to ask if that is the right way
