QUEBEC Spousal sponsorship MICC form question please help!

Hi guys,

I just received SA and i'm about to submit my MICC forms however i will explain my situation..I am divorced with no children nor me or my ex husband and he nor i pay alimony to each other and have no debts in regards to our divorce everything was very straight forward.

Now on the MICC forms there is a form called Sponsor’s or Co-signatory Spouse’s Declaration of Authorization.

Do i have to complete this form still or not?
