Hey guys,

I'm going through all the Quebec forms and I just want to confirm a few things.

#1: My common-law partner (Indonesian) doesn't have a family name, she only has 3 given names. According to the Canadian guide, I should put all 3 in the family name field and put "N/A" in the given name field. Is it the same procedure with the Quebec forms? Put all 3 in nom de famille and "N/A" in prenom?

#2: We're currently living together but I will have to go back to Canada in September, at which time I will post the Canadian application. I know I have to wait until approval from IRCC (1-3 months) to post the Quebec application but is it okay if everything is dated from September? I would rather not post things back and forth between me and my partner if possible.

Is there any Quebec specific common mistakes? I'm fluent in French so all the documents seem straight forward but maybe I'm missing something.

Thank you very much guys!
