If one goes to canada under the Quebec skilled worker category can he get citizenship in another province and live in that another province ( To avoivd learning french I want to take citizenship in another province ) .

once u get ur prc ,u can move to any province and complete 3 yrs in Canada and get citizenship

But to get PRc one has to complete 3 yrs in quebec right ?

nope..u get prc in abt 6-8 weeks of ur landing and then u can move....
i came under same and now in toronto..
