can anybody give me an overview how to apply for QSW ?

Are the applications still being accepted for this year ?
I will have IELTS score by nov, is French test scores mandatory to submit along with QSW application.

What are the approx. processing time for New Delhi, India.

Please help

Application are still being accepted. There is a cap of 20,000 applications per year, but no info on current numbers. I wouldn't worry about this limit, though.
French test is not mandatory. If you have enough points without French – no problem.
Processing time – sorry, don't know. It's very long for most cases, that's what I can say :)

I also applied in March 2013 and till waiting, didnt get any feedback neither from my lawyer neither from Quebec.
How can we quarantee that they have received all the document we sent, is there an official proof ? example document receival reference number or somthing ?

As per the New regulations (1 st Aug 2013) the applications will be prioritized based on areas of training, job offer etc and prioritized applications will be processed within 60 working days. my AOT fetches me 16 points and therefore if i submit my application how long will it take me to get a CSQ?

my estimation would be

1. initial preliminary evaluation - 3 months (estimation only)

2. Prioritised processing - 60 working days approx 3 months

so, total time taken would be 6 months. Does it beocme true? Do they process according to their publications?

Kindly give me a good solution regarding this issue.
