Quebec Skilled Worker Nov 2015 Discussion

Hi there,
I am and Indian. I applied for Quebec Regular skilled worker in Nov 2015 for which I received a File Number in dec 2015. But so far I have not got any updates from them. I want to know what if I missed an email from Department ( Spam or something) asking me about some docs.
How will they inform me final decision in that case by email or by post?
pls help if someone knows?

I am waiting for CSQ Since 3years. it's taking a long time. usually for any document updates, they sent us mail. if you have applied through any immigration consultant they will call you and inform you to update your documents. if not you need to check your inbox and spam mails.
