I submitted my file on july 17th according to currior survice and I got a letter. The letter says my file has ben opened on 16th september and my dd has been encashed.

if you have applied on July you should have got a letter stating that your file has already been opened and dd has en-cashed because one of my friends has applied on 25th of July 2014 and his file is opened on 24th September 2014. so call to micc and find out about your application. any way what is your area of training and from which country are you applying for ?
