AOR needs 4-6 months. Some guy received their AOR within 3 months. but myself still waiting, 4 months already passed.

You have to wait very patiently. You may get actual CSQ by 2020 and then on the Federal part ; you may receive medicals by say 2024, such that by that time you have developed acuteheart illness due to waiting. Then they will just say they are sorry you will be burden on their heathcare budget and refuse the visa. So altogether 10 years wainting! So my advise, pretend as if you never applied, then continue with your daily life as normal, no stress
