I'm about to send the documents listed in their intention to reject letter.

meron na ako sa appendix A which is just the TOR.

But sa appendix B I'm confused.

Kailangan ko ba ilagay lahat na possible changes after I submitted my app in 2014?

Just talked with Quebec immigration, sometimes the agent tries to finish the calls immediately so I really can't ask for other info.

All she said, if my status has not changed for the past 2 years, leave it alone.

But some of the items there include job experience and ielts. so I had to print out the form A1520-AA

And then in form A1520-AA it's asking me to send recent passport pics which needs to be pasted in form A0520AA

it's really confusing.

Sa appendix A yun yung hininingi nila sayo specific right? For example usually ang hinihingi dito is updated work experience or transcript of record ng secondary education.
Sa appendix B yun nmn yung kung may update ka sa ibang category for example from single to married, or additional dependent. pero kung wala k nmn update sa appendix b , no need na magsend k ng ibang form just the letter na sinend sayo and yung hinihingi nila. Hope it help.

Anybody here who had PPR already? How long before they usually return your passport. Its been 3 mos already since we submitted our passports and still no update yet

Hello everyone. Im new here. I have a question lang regarding my application.

I got my CSQ last month as a single entry but I got pregnant (but not married) while waitingfor my CSQ back then and gave birth this August (3 months ago). I am aware that I have to declare my son para makuha/ makasama ko sya sa Canada. What will be my 1st step? Do I need to get him CSQ muna para magkasabay kami pumunta Canada or kailangan ko na magsend ng documents ko sa Federal para maprocess agad then to follow nalang yung kay baby?

PS. Anong no.pala need ko tawagan to declare my child? and do you have any idea kung ano mga questions nila? Para mapaghandaan ko lang and di ako kabahan. haha

Secure first an nso birth cert for the child, if your not married the child will be considered illigitimate. My question is does the biological father acknowledge the child? If you want less hassles don't let the father acknowledge his paternity. Dahil mghahabol ka ng consent sa father pra mdala mo ang bata even if your not married.

NSO copy ba dapat?kasi after 6 months from birth pa (so, 3 months more) before sila mareleaseng NSO copy according sa munisipyo.Hindi ba pwede certified true copy ng birth cert?

And yep, he acknowledged the child and agreed to sign any papers naman para makaalis nadin si baby with me. No problem naman regarding that. Yung process lang po sana. What would be my first step etc..

Download ka ng form sa website ng quebec same form you use when there is a need for change of address. Then tick additional dependent. Include fee payment for your child. Please refer to website for current fee. I'm not sure if MIDI has a form or consent where the father can sign. But in Federal Stage there is a form available for that purpose. I'm not sure sa Civil Registry form if paano at cno dapat mgcertify, mas safe kc if nso authenticated copy.

Awww so I have to wait pa ng 3 months before ako makapag pass ng docu to request for my son's CSQ? Thank you. Nakita ko nga mga forms. And im yet to find out kung ano talaga forms na dapat ipasa, oh wait. Do you know po ba yung no. kung san ako pwede tumawag to declare my depedent? TY po

You don't have to call to inform them that you will add a dependent. You will still complete the process via paper application. All you have to do is to fill up the form, enclosed NSO birth certificate, fee and letter requesting to grant your child CSQ.
If you have any query you may call MIDI on their numbers posted in website.
