Yes because the normal waiting time for AOR is within 4-7 months so it is still within the waiting period. When I was calling them before, they would always say that the file is opened and complete since January 2013 but the draft has not been processed so they cannot issue an AOR. That means, nothing is wrong with the file. My theory is that maybe the reason why some receive their AOR's after 3-4 months is because drafts from the PH is valid for 3 months only. And since my draft came from a Canadian bank which has no expiration period, they can take their time until the 7th month. It is just my theory anyway.

For you, expect to wait until October since it is normally 4-7 months.

Good for you bro!!! I am actually quite jealous to those who got it within 3-4 months. hahaha.. I had to endure 6 months of mental torture thinking that I will not make the cap.

AOR will not indicate that especially for language results since you have ticked the declaration in your application form. You just have to fill a separate form with your IELTS once you get your AOR

Good day mga kabayan! Me mga tanong lang ako sana mabigyan ako ng linaw.

1.i submitted my application first week of july and i had 4 yrs of paid experience as Nurse CI but already resigned lat year. I am now taking care of my aged and sickly parents as private nurse/caregiver that is why d ako nkapag provide ng 3 current payslip ko pero i backed it up w/ a sworn affidavit explaining my situation. Magkakaproblema po kaya? Lagpas2 naman po ako sa minimun points nila.

2.now that my parents are doing well sa ngayon im planning to go back to work pero yung sana mkakaipon naman at pnaghahandaan ang tuition for french class at succeeding expenses for the immigration process. Alam naman nating as staff nurse dto s pinas d ako mkakaipon at malamang pantawid lang sa araw2 ang sswelduhin dun, now, ok lang kaya magwork as medrep of CSR under healthcare account muna ang pasukan kasi medyo maiipon dun ng konti... Or kahit yung nurse associate gamyan... S tingin nyo po ba ok lang tong ganito? D kaya magkakaproblema sa selection process nila? Need advise po on this matter thank you!

3. May mga alam n po ba kau na cases na na reject ang application nila dto sa qsw? Share naman po o, what was the cause and ano po nangyari? Salamat po.

S ngayon yan po mga gumugulo sa utak ko while learning the french language by myself.

Theoretically if your points are enough to secure a CSQ then it is not required. However, you have to take note that one of the criteria for CSQ is language proficiency which can be proven by IELTS only for English.

When you submit your file, you should have a minimum of 49 points. The remaining points in order to get a CSQ can be obtained in the selection interview. 6 points maximum can be given in the interview. For example, if you have 51 points when you filed, you have to be called for a selection interview in order to obtain the additional 4 points which will be given by the immigration officer. If you are not able to reach the minimum 55 points even after the interview, you will application will be rejected.
