that's the problem sir conrad kasi kahit anong pilit ko kahit pinuntahan na sila ng aunt ko..sabi pa din sakin na di pa din daw sila makaka issue sa diploma ng master's ko kasi wala pa daw special order from ched. Akalain mo 1 year na since I graduated tapos wala pa din SO from ched?anu kaya maganda gawin dito?pagawa ako ng letter sa ched na pending pa SO ko?

sir Securer, if wala papo kayong diploma sa masters' nyo dahil wala pa pong "special order no." from ched paano nyo po na i declare sa application nyo po sa quebec yung masters' nyo po?, diba po pati yung t.o.r. sa masteral kailangan din po yun ng s.o. no.?

Tinatakot ka alang ni sir Conrad! haha, if you don't mind me asking san mu kinuha ang masteral mu? On the other side napakaimposible kasi na hindi nila pedeng irelease yung masteral diploma mu dahil karapatan mu tlga yun. Minsan kasi ang paghohold ng CHED ay base sa hindi pagcocomply ng skul sa mga requirements na hinihinhgi nung kurso mu. Ibang usapin din kasi kung yubg school mu na pinagaralan ay Gobyerno or mga state universities meron tlga silang hold sa mga ganyang usapin.

Taga saan kaba sa atin?. Napaka daling pumunta sa office ng CHED at mostly napaka accomodating nmn nila. Kung region III ka ang main office nasa Pampangga.KUng hindi nmn just search sa net di ko alam lahat eh.. ahhaaa.. Present your letter stating your whole story, meaning yung hirap mu sa pagpafollow up at yung purpose mu sa pagobtain nung diploma.
