Yes. Certified true copy by the school if its documents from the school. If government like from PRC meron din naman tayo nyan sa PRC you'll just ask for it or if sa NSO like BC, yung binibigay nila na kinukuha mo sa serbilis stations, yun na mismo ang ipapadala mo. No need sa lawyers nila kung pwede naman sa atin and certified mismo ng institution issuing it.

ok thank you... by the way, one more thing please, would you know what is this declaration by a candidate practicing a regulated profession form for? i mean, does this mean that we cannot work as nurse in Quebec if God willing we will be granted a visa? when do we need to obtain this permit or certification from the regulatory body and how do we do it?

The form is just telling you that your profession is regulated here in Quebec and that you are aware of it. You will not be able to work as a nurse unless you apply for their nursing license. Don't worry about the application for the order of nurses for now. Proceed first with your quebec application.

My question is pwedi bang ipa reopen or mag re apply kung ma refuse/reject kana? gagwin pa din ba nila akong haiayan priority if mag re apply ako once ma refuse/reject ako dahil sa kulang papers ko? please help..hahayyy

I personally suggest you comply with whatever documents the Quebec Officer is asking from you. Mahalaga ang 90 days na binigay sayo kaya wag mo aksayahin Don't dwell on the negatives like "what if ma refuse", i think as long as valid lahat ng docs mo, complete and maisubmit mo within 90 dyas then you'll be fine. If ever ma refuse ka (hopefully not) i don't think they will process your papers under Haiyan kasi hanggang March 31, 2014 lang yung program na yan. But with your AOT, priority ka parin although di ganun ka bilis processing compared sa haiyan program nila.

Hi Sir. Better to seek help sa CIC. Alam nila gagawin jan kasi meron silang Consultant mismo from Quebec. And sayang ang bayad mo kung hindi mo sila tatanungin.
