Hello. Can I just declare my present job since I am already 4 yrs and 2mos already? I can't get from my old company as it was closed already nowhere I can get.

well if there is no way you could ever had any documents from your previous employer, you had no choice..lol..sayang naman..anyway your present work exp still can managed even without the previous one..

Thanks...atleast I can proceed, actually I'm doubtful if i can do it myself or pay some consultant. Do u know anybody who successfully selected by quebec who applied by himself? Say ang namin Kasi kung mareject just because lack of documents or so.

nakapag seminar ako sa CIC....but i did not acquire any consultancy or lawyer when i submitted my docs..,,pasaway lng..lol..i think CIC is good..they have C anadian lawyers too from vivre o canada in quebec..you better inquire personally to CIS or CIC so that you will have a full details of their services and FEES..lol..

I didnt acquire a consultancy or lawyer when I submitted my application..I made some own decisions for some of my docs..Moreover, I tried to follow the instructions from the forms and tips on the websites and forums (after extensive readings and research)...Most of my friends' application are under the Federal Skilled category..some of them filed on their own and some have lawyers..apparently they were all successful...though..Im the only one applying for Quebec (ouch)..lol..its up to you if you would like to do it on your own..resources are just everywhere..but if you are in doubt, might as well render service from consultancy firms....

You're welcome..ok nmn..hintayan mode lng..I just submitted recently..ok lng nmn mag consultancy ka eh kung di mo tlaga sure yung mga documents na i ga gather mo..but i can say everything is on the website..take some effort lng talaga in reading and research..but if you want to make it all easy, agency is always there to assist..just bear the extra cost..they will tell you all the things you need to do and what docs you must gather..

to make your docs valid, let it authenticated by a lawyer..

Salamat po nang marami sa mga ngreply...hinge po sana ako ng suggestion..yung experience ko po kasi sa pinas is from oct 2007 up to january 2011, tpos and2 ako sa kuwait feb 2011 up to present... ang problema ko hindi ako makakuha ng matnong Certificate of employment d2 sa current n work ko, at natatakot ata silang mag AWOL kami kaya puro salary certificate lng binibgay nila which state ung date n ngsimula kmi, job position at salary lng, walng job description at hours per week...anu kya mganda kong gawen? Masmaganda b n wag ko n ideclare tong current work ko?

declare mo..effort lng..ung COE ko din from the middle east has no job description..in my case, separate kasi siyang binigay from my area/unit..i just attached it..ask mo ang nursing dept nyo or the education dept kung may copy sila or kung pwede ka makahingi,,kasi sa HR samin wala talaga..number of working hours wala rin indication sa coe ko..instead i submitted my employee manual..doon na mention ang working hours ng postion ko...where applicable, you can send one..plus if you have the copy of your employment contract..for sure the number of working hours is indicated there..

With allowance of 100 per day but not eligible for social security contributions and to file ITR as per Volunteer Nurse Item ; with detailed job description ; lastly nagsecure din ako ng certificate sa BIR na I was Volunteer Nurse for that year hence I am exempted to ITR.

I didn't mention anything on HS specialization..(kindly ask others what they wrote for this)


*yes you can include your volunteer exp in the work internship..good to know you have documents to support it..

You don't need the proof of funds yet on the Federal stage. You will need it when you land in Quebec and show it to their immigration officer when they ask for it.

I was told before that AOR may take 4 to 6 months. However, I got mine after 2 months.
