Quebec PSTQ Stream 1

Hi,

I moved to Montreal for work after graduating with a master's from Ontario. I will be eligible for PSTQ under Stream 1 after working for 1 year in Quebec and getting CLB 7 in French. I saw the last two draws where they mentioned additional criteria for candidates who have a Quebec degree.

I guess in this scenario I won't be eligible for this stream. Did they mention anything about this in their plans for immigration in the upcoming years?
