I am new to this forum. I am trying to migrant to Quebec Provience on June 2016 intake with my wife and one daughter. My name is Mujeeb Khan. Indian Muslim by caste. I am a PA ( Principal Applicant). Now i am facing a problem of my wife Date of Birth certificate. She do not have her DOB(Date of birth) Certificate. Although me and my daughter have DOB certificate. Her DOB date is 15/04/1980. It is not possible to get DOB certificate of 35 years back. what is the alternative of DOB certificate.

It depends on her state/location where she was born. In my state i could get it from my taluk office as mine is a small place. Some got it from respective municipality office or some other office - if its a big town/city - depending on the state. In some states it was from some other offices i think. What does the issuing authority in her state say?
Mostly they issue the with the date based on 10th certificate if there was no birth record from hospital.
