No. Canada and the US are two completely separate countries with separate immigration and work permit rules.

As was pointed out to you, once you get PR anywhere in Canada (and even after you become Canadian Citzen) it will not give you the legal right to work in the US. Once you become a Canadian citizen you will be able to travel to the US without requiring a visa, but thats it
