Quebec Immigration - Skilled Worker Program --- UNEMPLOYED

I would like to apply for the Quebec Immigration - Skilled Worker Program. I meet all the criteria and have enough points, however I am worried about the fact that I am currently unemployed. On form A-1520-AA (2013-05) number 25, it asks for the last 3 pay slips for my present job. Since I do not currently have a job, does this mean that I don't qualify?

I am very worried. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
