Hi Everyone, This is my first time taking part to a blog , so I hope I am doing it right
ok... I am a Canadian(Quebec) citizen, and my partner Ross is Australian. We are common-law partners. We are currently living in Perth Australia.
We want to move to Quebec . After many hours of reading, and pulling my hair out, I am still not sure what to do and what to start with !
I think I have to fill the Sponsor questionnaire IMM5540 and application to sponsor, sponsorship agreement and undertaking IMM1344. And then send this to Mississauga along with a copy of my birth Certificate!?... And then we wait for a letter so we can fill out the forms from Quebec??
and then after Quebec said ok , send the Generic application to immigrate to Canada to ... Sydney? ???
this seems like it's going to take almost 2 years if you add up all the waiting times from all the different offices? we were planning to move back in Feb 2014. Does anyone knows what happens if you move while the application is still being processed.
Thanks in advance , sorry for the grammar , English isn't my first language
