Hi guys,

If you sent your CSQ application to Paris, please share your timeline. Also share your country of origin since Paris has two different offices for Europe and Africa.

I'm originally from Africa and had my file transferred to the Paris office on February 11. Still waiting for AOR.

Thanks!!

hi montreal789

i m living in uk applied to BIQ paris on dec 18th 2010, still waiting for my AOR. Its really annoying me.

Hi Stillhope,

Thanks. That's a very long time to wait. So you're applying as a UK resident?

I would fax or call them.

I was also getting worried since my application was transferred and I have no way of knowing where it's at. Since I didn't personally mail it, there's no way to track it. I sent a fax to Paris about 2 weeks ago and never got a response. Hopefully within the next 2 weeks I'll hear something.

hello Montreal

Actually I m in UK on work permit. No we cannot call or fax them because they said it takes 2-4months to get your aor,so we have to wait until that time.but if you want to call or fax try it and tell me what they says then I will also call them.hope we will get aor very soon.
Who send your application, have u hired some one for your application.
How is your French level
One more thing what is your area of training.

My file was transferred from BIQ montreal to Paris, because I didn't meet the residency requirements. Since my application was transferred, I've been waiting for a new file number or something.

My training is in Biology and Pharmacy Technician. My french is very basic and need to work on it in case I'm called for an interview.

What about you? What's your training and french level??

hello montreal

I have pharmacy diploma, degree in chemistry and masters in MBA . I just passed my a2 level of french.Dont worry if they called for interview we can give interview in basic french and english because we are learning french and i think they understand.

Stilhope, thanks for sharing.

Glad to know that there's more of us. Although it makes me wonder how long can it take to assign a file number and send an AOR.

Looks like they updated the interview schedule for April - June. Add "www" to the beginning of the link below. I guess I'm not allowed to post any links because I'm still a newbie:)

Hi Stillhope,

Does your degree in Chemistry place you in the priority list??

No because that degree i did almost 10 years ago and i havnt any work experience for my chemistry job, so i apply on the basis of mba which is not in priority list

could you updated your time line please

Hey Montreal789 any news regarding your application. I am also in the same situation as you . I am currently in Montreal and have sent my application while here and after 6 month of reviewing my file hey decided to forward it to BIQ Paris. How long does it take to get and answer from them? anyone here knows..

Also why would they forward my application to BIQ paris if I reside here in quebec legally ?
