Quebec bound- is it possible to use my husband name after landing??

Hi guys! My husband and I got married in Philippines last year. But then I used my maiden name in our application to faster the process. Is it possible that I can use my husband's Name if I'm in Quebec already?? Some people say I will forever use my maiden name since Quebec doesn't allow changing names. Is this true ? Please share your experience guys. Thank you!
