QUEBEC APPLICANTS PLEASE HELP!

Planning to sponsor my husband ,who is a citizen of Egypt and living and working in UAE,Abu-Dhabi for couple of years.
Wondering which process will be faster -1)sponsoring outland
OR
2)applying as QSW(quebec skilled worker)?
Anyone who has had previous experience ,please give me some suggestions and opinions.

spousal sponsorship is faster and easier and you are forgiven much more if you have medical problems. Spousal applications have a priority. hope that helps!

As far as I know, a QSW approval could take 2 or 3 years longer (depending on a sorts of factors). I'd definitely go with the outland spousal route if you have that option.

It took the same time sponsoring my Husband outland into Quebec as any other province. Yes there is the additional step of applying for the Quebec selection certificate, but it did not delay the process. 2 years ago it took us 9 months from submitting the spousal sponsorship application, until he received his Visa. That was processed through Morocco, and it was the normal timeline for everyone at that time. It is showing the current processing time through Cairo as 5-11 months at this time on the CIC website for spousal sponsorship.
There are parts of the federal form about income that you do not even complete if you reside in Quebec. The requirements from Quebec are mostly for you to prove your Quebec residence. It was really quite simple.

There is a box on the federal form that asks if you are refused a sponsor do you want to end the process, or continue. If you check you want to end it will delay your application a couple of months because they wait for the CSQ to come in before the continue with your Husband's part of the application. If you check continue anyway there will be no delay.
