I've been with RBC for 2 years and their service is amazing, who told you they charge a lot during the second year?

Today I submitted my passport, I took appointment ahead of time its obligatory.
So they send you mail from vfs confirming that you received immigration visa and giving you date and time for appt, before going to vfs you print the mail from embassy and mail of appointment from vfs, the security ask about it when you enter.
Inside you reach first desk they check your papers especially your 2 photos 45mm 35mm, and on the back of each photo file number should be written with name and family name. Inside they will give you number and you wait your turn, when your turn comes they ask for your passport and printed mail and you pay 35usd. They asked me if I want to pay 3 extra dollar so they can notify me by sms everyday where is my passport and when ill get it back. While ago I got sms from them.
That's it, simply I saw many people submitting papers as tourists, and waiting in queue and they ask them 1000 question what's your purpouse of vit w osas w hkeyet, as for qsw green light m3azaz mkaram everything on system and with order, simply I'm proud to be canadian!
