hayda in April 2013, my lawyer changed his address so he notified automatically the VO in Beirut as files were transferred from Damascus... after 20 days, he got a reply informing him that they need more info about my file to locate it, after sending the info he got another mail after 35 days, from Bucharest, confirming the address modification and that ill be contacted soon to undergo meds... more than one year passed and my ecas status still app rcvd... khoulasit l hadis the ecas is an irrelevent mesure and factor to rely on...

Whalla ya Anthony this is very probable inno in the next 2 weeks they will give a lot of visas especially that now it looks like things are moving so fast.
Aslan this forum has all together about 40 people and the ones whose ecas is still APPLICATION RECEIVED are few so we cannot judge. Probably fee nes from outside the forum keno application received and they got their PPR, but we did not hear about them.
We should expect some big changes soon ......
