bass since you submitted the medical tests in July, keno m2aderbin bil visa offices bi kll l 3alam. I think they resumed work starting september. so I hope 2enno halla2 ysiro 2asra3 bl traitement li2anno ma mafroud ytawlo aktar mn 2 months between l medical wl visa... I hope so.

Don't worry about your e-cas...the status updates are useless.
As long as it says "medicals have been received" you're ok.
