Is it possible the delay has to do with transfering files from Bucharest to Beirut for visa stamping?

positive logical expectation, we all wish that, but beirut already has backlogs, not sure they can deal with bunch of files at once even if at the last step..

That's what I worry about. However, in the letter from Bucharest it doesn't mention tranfering the file back to Beirut. They only mention in case of an interview before the visa they will transfer the file back. It also mentions, no more delays with the file.

There's nothing we can do...we must wait.

It just said not to contact them for the next 8 months because they will busy finalizing the files.

It's been 6 months since that e-mail/medicals.

It's supposed to be the first week of December. I think Csaade's update will come before mine. We'll see what they say.
